Xotic combo dahibara aloodam and ghugani
I rolled out my first menu in kalpataru and found out people are really interested about my favorite combo dahibara aloodam and ghugni.it's certainly the best combo meal of my menu.it's not only favorite food of Oriya people but also the healthiest food for sure.dahibara is low in fat bcos after deep frying the baras we put them in lukewarm water and squeeze the oil out then put the baras in low fat thin yoghurt ,so the probiotic bacteria and calcium supplement from curd we get.Dumaloo is cooked with traditional onion masala paste and lot of cinnamon,cardamom and bay leaves which have many health benefits. Ghugani is a recipe made of white peas cooked in low fire for four hours without oil and lot of Ginger ,cumin and black pepper.the combination of all three fulfills the requirement for calcium,protien and carbohydrates,a complete meal for everybody.
