valentine feast

 Great days should always start with great breakfasts,isn't it.Being a person who always believes that good food in the morning not only helps you stay fit but also enhances your performance.The valentine menu was designed by me keeping in mind both the health factor and the sweet celebrations of life.The 7 course menu was
OATS IDLI-Oats is good in the morning because it slowly releases carbohydrates which keeps your energy label high
VEG SANDWICH WITH LOW FAT BARBEQUED COTTAGE CHEESE
                                                                                                      
                                                                                                            SPROUTS WITH STIRFRIED BROCOLLI,FRENCH BEANS AND CARROTS-Sprouts being the instant source of protien is good after the morning workout .
KHAJUR PINEAPPLE DIP WITH JAGGERY.
SECRET TEMPTATION-Keeping the valentine event in mind bananas dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in cookies .
CUSTARD CARAMEL-The custard caramel with loads of fruits is ahealthy substitute to sugary desserts in the morning.
BAKED BEANS-Last but not the least baked bean is great with any continental breakfast.

From chef's heart

As a girl and the youngest in a joint family of around 25 members in my paternal home gave me the strength to be a confident woman in life.In all my growing years i had always seen my mother and aunts cooking cheerfully for the whole family. The aroma of fish in fresh mustard sauce which is a traditional oriya cuisine tinkles my taste buds even today.Perhaps in todays world we hardly njoy cooking but it always a passion of me.The combo meal from 'chefs heart'is genuinely close to my heart bcoz its not only the best food from my state but also its health factor and very different taste from other foods.

CHANGE THE WAY YOU ORDER FOOD,NOW IT WOULD NOT BE ORDERING FOOD BEFORE ONE HOUR BUT SHOULD BE PLANNIG A HAPPY MEAL AND BOOKING IT BEFORE A DAY ,AWEEK, OR EVEN A MONTH.
